DACH Go-to-Market

Closing-as-a-Service

Go-to-market and closing for fintech and SaaS companies in the DACH region: we identify your anchor customers, approach them in German, negotiate, and take the deal to a signed contract — as a sprint, a pilot, or a project.

The Challenge

Why DACH Deals Stall

  • No local network or access to C-level decision-makers in the DACH region
  • Unfamiliar negotiation culture, procurement processes, and legal frameworks
  • Extended sales cycles with no clear path to contract execution

Our Solution

Aegiron Capital Group Closes the Gap

  • Contacts with decision-makers at banks, fintechs, and crypto exchanges in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — from more than five years of selling in this market
  • Native fluency in DACH business customs, negotiation dynamics, and regulatory requirements
  • A structured approach from the target-account list to the signature — with on-site customer meetings and trade fairs where they help close the deal

Experience

Where Our Experience Comes From

In Fintech Sales Since 2021

Sales and partnerships for international fintech companies in the DACH region: first at a payment fintech in Munich, since 2022 in our own consulting practice.

Banks, Fintechs, Crypto Exchanges

These are the customers we have negotiated and closed contracts with. We do not name them: confidentiality is part of the business.

A Few Days to More Than Two Years

That is how long closings have taken, depending on the complexity of the business case. We therefore plan with realistic cycles instead of wishful deadlines.

On Site When It Matters

Customer meetings and trade fairs in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are part of our work.

Our Methodology

From Target Identification to Signed Contract

01

Target & Qualify

We identify and qualify high-value anchor customers in the DACH region using our network and systematic market analysis.

02

Negotiate & Structure

We lead the commercial negotiations, guide the deal through procurement, and prepare closings that fit local business customs. Your law firm reviews the contract texts.

03

Close & Hand Off

We drive deals to close and facilitate a seamless transition from signed agreement to operational partnership, positioning your team for long-term success.

Why Aegiron Capital Group

Earlier in the Market

You start with a counterpart who knows the market and its buyers instead of building an in-house sales operation first.

Realistic Cycles

Proven routines and existing contacts save detours; how long a deal takes is the customer’s decision.

Access Through Existing Contacts

Use our contacts with decision-makers in the DACH region and a counterpart who represents your product in German and as an equal.

Formats and Pricing

Three Ways to Start With Us

Go-to-Market Sprint

2–3 weeks · fixed price €4,900

The entry point: within two to three weeks you get the foundation for your sales in the DACH region — in writing, and in a form your team can work with right away.

  • Target-account list with contacts (up to 50 companies)
  • Positioning and key messages in German
  • Channel and partner options with a recommendation
  • 90-day plan with milestones

Closing Pilot

12 weeks · fixed fee from €13,500 (3 × €4,500)

We take over outreach, first meetings, and negotiation for a clearly defined target group. The result is a solid pipeline, first closed deals, or an honest finding of what is still missing.

  • Agreed target group and number of target accounts
  • Outreach and negotiation in German and English
  • Report every two weeks, full transparency on the pipeline
  • Handover to your team with documentation

Custom Project

Scope and fee by proposal

For individual negotiations, partnerships, or building your sales in the DACH region — with a fixed scope and a clear term.

  • Individual deals or partnerships through to signature
  • Building and training your sales team
  • Support at customer meetings and trade fairs

We commit to the work, not to closed deals: whether a customer signs is the customer’s decision. Contract drafts and legal review remain with you and your law firm; you sign. We do not take on brokerage that requires a licence — for example of financial instruments, crypto-assets, loans, or insurance — and we do not carry out payment services; if your product itself is regulated, we clarify with you and your law firm before the project starts which steps we take on. We seek first contact with target customers through existing contacts, referrals, events, and connection requests on professional networks; we do not send marketing emails or messages without consent.

All prices are net. Businesses in other EU member states with a valid VAT ID: reverse charge (Art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC). Businesses outside the EU: no Cypriot VAT. Businesses established in Cyprus: plus Cypriot VAT.

This offer is directed exclusively at business customers (Art. 2(2) Directive 2011/83/EU). Consumers are excluded from concluding a contract.

Frequent Questions

Closing-as-a-Service,in concrete terms.

What does Closing-as-a-Service mean in practice?
We take over defined segments of your sales cycle in the DACH region — from identifying and qualifying anchor clients through negotiation to contract signature — and then hand over to your team in a structured way. It is execution, not advice about execution.
Do you replace our sales team?
No — we complement it where you lack local network, language and cultural fluency, or negotiation experience in the DACH market. The goal is always handover to your own organisation, not permanent dependency.
How quickly do first meetings happen?
That depends on product, target segment, and market maturity. Our network can shorten the path to decision-makers — but German B2B sales cycles remain structurally long. Our own closings have taken anywhere from a few days to more than two years, depending on the complexity of the business case. We deliberately give no guarantees for meeting counts or closed deals.
How is success measured?
Against milestones defined upfront: qualified conversations, pipeline progress, negotiation stages, signatures. You get full transparency over every interaction — the pipeline belongs to you, not to us.
Which industries does the model work for?
Our focus is fintech and B2B SaaS with complex products and enterprise target customers. For transactional products with short cycles, this model is usually not the right lever.
How do we get started, and what does it cost?
The usual entry point is the Go-to-Market Sprint at a fixed price: within two to three weeks you get a target-account list, positioning, and a 90-day plan. After that you decide whether a twelve-week Closing Pilot follows. Both formats have a fixed fee; we agree success-based compensation only in individual cases.
