Founder
Peter M. Badke
Founder & Managing Director
Peter M. Badke is the founder and Managing Director of Aegiron Capital Group Ltd. A trained banker (Bankkaufmann, IHK), he worked as a private client advisor at Kreissparkasse München Starnberg Ebersberg until 2020. From 2021 to 2022 he sold FX hedging and payment solutions to mid-sized companies at the payment fintech iBanFirst in Munich and built white-label partnerships with banks, fintechs, and payment providers. He has run his own consulting practice since 2022, first as Badke Strategic in Munich and since 2025 as Aegiron Capital Group in Cyprus. His focus: building business in the DACH region for international fintech companies — from the target-account list to the signed contract.
Location: Aegiron Capital Group Ltd is an EU company registered in Cyprus and based in Paphos. We work in German and English, by video call and on site: Peter M. Badke travels to the DACH region for customer meetings and trade fairs.

Aegiron Capital Group Ltd builds business in the DACH region for fintech and SaaS companies. Based in Cyprus, we work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution: go-to-market and closing, market entry with regulatory orientation, AI advisory, and application development. Our aim is to make the path from the first target-account list to the signed contract in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland shorter and more predictable. We do not merely advise — we execute.
